1- All products displayed on the site are the private property of the MAAS LASER Foundation, and any claim in any way that the user is from the MAAS Laser team or the products is subject to legal accountability and we have the right to claim compensation for damages and reputation
2- MAAS Laser offers multiple payment options, which are safe payment methods, but any breach or error that may result from the use of an unsecured browser or laptop may result in an unsecured payment. 6- All MAAS Laser store products are subject to examination before shipment and saving in the warehouse. The site does not have a return policy and it is registered in a well-known system of the Ministry of Commerce. The reason for this is that the products are very sensitive and may be damaged by any use, pregnancy, wrong installation or weather conditions. 7- MAAS Laser provides the service of replacing the product with another healthy one for some pieces, for example but not limited to (laser rod, laser head, fiber and light connectors, electric capacitor and power supply). All parts subject to replacement are subject to the following shipping policy:
* The amount of purchase of the replaced part is paid, then a tracking number is sent to the customer to receive the part from the customer,
* Then examine it to ensure the possibility of replacement within a period of 7 days from the date of receipt, and then send a MAAS laser mail or communicate with the customer to ship the replaced piece if it is available directly or give him a certain time to send the replacement piece,
* The customer is provided with a bill of lading, and as soon as the institution has terminated the work and responsibility on its part, and that any defect arising from the replaced part, the customer is responsible for it.
* Except in the event that the piece was installed by us in the institution and at the hands of Vienna, and that any installation entails visiting fees and installation fees, or shipping the device to our warehouse and workshop to install the parts in our warehouse
* The customer is provided with pictures, video, or visual communication, whichever is available, for the device to work after repair, and by shipping the piece or device, or notifying the customer of receiving the aforementioned piece, the responsibility of the institution and MAAS Laser ends.
8- We have a service for repairing laser devices by shipping your device to our workshop at an estimated cost of 430 Saudi riyals, and then another 430 riyals to return the device to the customer with a total capacity of 860 Saudi riyals inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from door to door, and the device is examined and the customer is given a report By mistake after paying the value of the examination, which ranges between 1500 riyals in the event that the customer requests not to repair the device and return it. In the event of a repair request, the cost of the examination is 1000 riyals added to the repair invoice.
8- In the event that any part or device is sent for repair or examination, an invoice will be sent to the customer or an alert / notification that the part is ready for receipt or delivery to the shipping company to deliver it to the customer’s address. The lapse of a period of 30 days from the notification sent to the customer, and he is not entitled to claim compensation for it or its value before the legal and judicial authorities, and that by dealing with us, he acknowledges and accepts the provisions of these items.
9- The applicant for the repair of the machine or part undertakes to pay the value due within a period of 14 days from the date of notification of his request’s readiness. Otherwise, in the event of a violation, he authorizes the institution to dispose of the piece to pay the costs incurred by him, and he is not entitled to claim a price for it after disposing of it or any remaining amounts from that.
10- Leaving any belongings, spare parts, or devices with the institution for more than 14 days from the date of notification of the readiness of the request without paying its value. An amount of 1% of the repair value for each day the piece is kept with us in the institution, and the institution has the full right to claim the amount resulting from that before shipping Or deliver the piece or device to the customer.
11- The Corporation provides maintenance contracts for laser equipment periodically, provided that it does not exceed the number of 12 visits per year, or as the Corporation deems appropriate, and responds to any malfunctions in a period not exceeding 72 hours of working days, and includes spare parts other than consumables, fibers and light connectors, misuse, And that dealing with any materials or consumables from outside the institution voids the guarantee immediately.
12- Prices are determined by the maintenance technician after determining the location and number of the devices and verifying their condition.
13- Any materials or devices displayed in the store are our private property, and that any display of the product without legal permission or a violation of the rights of images and publications or forgery, the institution has the right to a judicial claim against any violation.
14- The customer is not entitled to request the installation of parts from outside the institution for devices sent for repair in the workshop, or to demand the presence of a maintenance technician for the customer to install certain parts or the device inside the workshop is subject to the privacy of the institution, and the customer has the right to request that the device be examined before receiving it through photo or video technology, and the institution has the right to save It is to preserve rights.
15- Any breakdown, breakage or damage to parts other than those recorded in the maintenance request, the Corporation is not responsible for and the customer has no right to claim compensation for it.
16- The prices on the site show the price of the piece, and value-added tax is added to it for some parts or devices. It is shown upon purchase, and an amount of 1% is added to it for online purchase. The customer has no right to request cancellation of the order for any reason, including lack of knowledge or clarity of the price.
17- The customer authorizes MAAS Laser to send promotional messages or publications related to each update or new on the site and to display the products and to use the phone number and e-mail to communicate with him, and that the information used in his account on the site is the contact information approved by him, including the shipping address.
